Properties

Characteristics: 

They are made from environmentally friendly materials such as asbestos-free materials, with graphite with/without metallic inserts. Applications 

For sealing of pumps, valves, piping and compressors. In case of piping characterized by large variations of heat and pressure and presence of corrosive fluids we recommend manufacturing the gaskets with a protective ring to cover the gasket's surface. 

Materials  

Recommended materials are: stainless steel (1.4541, 1.4571). thickness 0.15 - 0.20 mm, U-bended and tightened in order to become joined with the gasket. Other materials may be used: aluminum, copper, and brass.
